Request a Performance
Fill out the "Request a Performance" form! Please fill it out at least 2 weeks in advance.

Getting in Contact
We will get back to you on our availability for that specific weekend. If we cannot meet your needs (e.g. all of our violinists are sick or doing other performances that weekend) we will work to find a solution.

Performance
The performers will show up early before their performance for final instructions.
Post-Performance

Volunteer Hours
Many of the students are looking to recieve volunteer hours. We request at least 3 hours for each performance: 2 or more of these hours are because of the minimum 2 hours supervised practice sessions held by us (not including independent practice), with an additional hour for the performance itself and commute time.

Verifying Volunteer Hours
The student will submit your church's name as the organization they volunteered for in their community service hour log. They will also input the contact you submitted in the "Request a Performance" form. You will receive an email or text asking you to verify these hours.

Recordings
If your church livestreams services, we'll ask for the file so we can cut it down to the performance and use it for our website and/or social media. If not, then we'll ask permission to have someone sit through the service and film the performance.
